Notice of Intent to Sole Source - West Publishing dba Thomson Reuters-West

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit, negotiate on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to West Publishing dba Thomson Reuters-West, 610 Opperman Drive, Eagan, MN 55123. This requirement is an annual renewal of west print titles that covers a wide range of general laws. These print titles include access to the federal reporters, McCarthy on trade, distribution copies of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Wrights Federal Practice, and Procedure, and other legal materials. These titles are exclusive to West Publishing Corporation dba Thomson Reuters-West. There are no other products or services that offer the same or similar subscription services required by the Commission. The period of performance is one year, which began October 1, 2020 and ends September 30, 2021. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
