THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE AWARD AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Government Publishing Office (GPO) in Washington DC intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Inspectron Inc., 187 Billerica Road, Chelmsford, MA, 01824. The US Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source contract to procure three 1910x Kinegram Bubble Detection System from Inspectron, Inc. This requirement is an electronic and mechanical solution to develop and modify the work flow on the existing Inspectron 1910x Datapage Inspection equipment in Washington, D.C. & Stennis, MS. This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with MMAR 5.101(a) (2). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.
