Y--Install a beverage counter and relocate existing refrigerated display case in Dining Facility, Grafenwoehr, GERMANY

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Install a beverage counter and relocate existing refrigerated display case in Dining Facility, building 101 in Grafenwoehr, GERMANY. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Magnitude of Work: $25,000 - $100,000. Time for completion 120 calendar days. Work is to be performed on-site in Grafenwoehr in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
