This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) on a competitive basis, which includes Brand Name Only components.
