V Beam Perfecta Derm Laser Repair

The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of Authorized Service Technicians to perform Maintenance and Repair on a V Beam Perfecta ND:YAG Dermatologic Laser located in the Immunization Clinic at Ireland Army Health Clinic, Building 851 at USA MEDDAC, Fort Knox, Kentucky. The potential contract will be a onetime service agreement to include all labor, test equipment, transportation, materials, repair parts and travel to return equipment to operational performance.
