Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Knox intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. 2401 W. Monroe St., Springfield, IL 62704, to provide RN20-048 Virtual Telecommunications Access Method Printer Support System (VPS/VTAM), Virtual Telecommunications Access Method Printer Support System/Line Conditioned Data Stream (VPS/LCDS), Virtual Telecommunications Access Method Printer Support System/Transmission Control Protocol Internet Protocol (VPS/TCPIP) and Dynamic Report System (DRS), Dynamic Report System/Transmission Control Protocol Internet Protocol Main Frame (DRS/TCPIP MF) software maintenance from 1 Aug 2020 to 31 Jul 2021. Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. is the sole source provider for the software maintenance of VPS/VTAM, VPS/LCDS, VPS/TCPIP, DRS, DRS/TCPIP MF and hold the proprietary rights to the software and no other vendor is authorized to provide these services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 16 Jul 2020, 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice.
