Solicitation No. HMO177-10-R-0006 This is a synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a requirement for #2 Diesel Fuel Oil for Heating and Air Conditioning. If you are able to meet this requirement, please submit a quote in accordance with the stipulations set forth below. 1. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. 2. The total price of the quote should include shipping/handling to the stated FOB Destination and any other relevant costs. 3. The quote shall include not only the total price, but should also be broken out into price per unit. 4. Quote will be evaluated based on price and technical acceptability. Award will be made to the offeror with the LOWEST PRICE DEEMED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. If two or more quotes are equal in all respects, the government will choose a winner in accordance with FAR Part 14.408-6. 5. DELIVERY. Delivery of the #2 Diesel Fuel Oil must be made after 5:00 PM EST on weekdays OR anytime during the weekend. 6. Delivery Timetable: Not longer 30 days from the date of award. 7. All quotes are due by 5:00 PM EST on 21 April 2010 and should be sent to Contract Specialist Adam Greenspan ([email protected]). They may also be faxed to 301-227-5759. 8. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov) database as well as ORCA (www.orca.gov) prior to any contract award. Lack of registration in CCR and ORCA will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage code, DUNS number, the date offer expires, line item unit price, and total cost.
