Federal Tax Handbooks, Income Tax Regulations, and Internal Revenue Codes

The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Thomson Reuters Tax and Accounting Inc, 195 Broadway, New York, NY 10007-3100 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This acquisition is for 7233 Federal Tax Handbooks, 10382 Income Tax Regulations, and 12204 Internal Revenue Codes which will be shipped to Motorway Bloomington, II. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations no later than 15 calendar days from the published date of this announcement. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. Evaluation/award will be based on lowest price to the government. All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, number of days for delivery, a point of contact- name and phone number, business size and payment terms. If no affirmative responses are received, the award will be made to Thomson Reuters Tax and Accounting Inc. All Treasury contractors are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to execution of award.
