The requirement is for annual renewal of Fledermaus software subscription. The anticipated contract value is $50,000.00. This action is unrestricted and will be conducted orally in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The resulting purchase order will be firm, fixed price.
