The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS, intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to John Wiley & Sons, Inc. for the renewal of annual subscriptions. John Wiley & Sons, Inc. is the only vendor that can provide the electronic, multisite, and IP recognition access to their virtual digital library. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to or not to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
