Horizontal circular saw w/sliding table aka:panel saw or sliding table saw

The contract will be awarded based on price and other factors i.e. specifications of saw to meet end user need, availability of service on machine. End use is at a Coast Guard industrial shop that manufactures wood dayboards for aids to navigation on waterways for marine boat traffic.
