This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation/Notice of Intent. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with IG Assets for a 1 year renewal of License for the ERGO Database software in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit offers on NOI-RML-12018. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57 dated 03/15/2012. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541711 and the small business size is 500 employees. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID), Rocky Mountain Laboratories, has a need to renew for a period of 1 year, their license to use the ERGO Database software from IG Assets. This software contains 1150 genomes across all domains of life, representing many of the pathogens studied within the NIAID. The ERGO database contains genomic sequences, functional annotations of genes and detailed metabolic and non metabolic pathway overviews. Renewal must include monthly updates for the period of one year, all new public genome data, and all proprietary customer data from sequencing and annotation projects performed in conjunction with IG Assets (dba Integrated Genomics). This renewal must also include phone and email support and 8 hours of web based ERGO Database training with a qualified genomic scientist. FOB Point shall be Destination, Hamilton, MT. Delivery location is Rocky Mountain Laboratories, 903 S. 4th Street, Hamilton, MT.
