Utilization Review Program Software for the Winnebago IHS Hospital

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Purchase Order for a Hospital Utilization Review Program at the Winnebago IHS Hospital in Winnebago, Nebraska. The period of performance for delivery, warranty and ongoing technical support will be as indicated in the specifications. The Contractor shall perform according to the specifications in the Statement of Work. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. Requests for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) package, RFQ-10-193, shall be in writing either by email or fax. In the written request please reference RFQ number RFQ-10-193 and provide a postal mailing address, email address, and/or fax number and indicate how the RFQ package can be sent. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be July 19, 2010. The closing date of the RFQ package is August 2, 2010. This is a Small Business set-aside.
