NAICS Code - 453220 - Gift, Novelty Supplier A qualified vendor will be •· Registered with the Central Contractors Registration Website (CCR) A qualified bid will be submitted on Company Letterhead with the following: •· Acknowledge acceptance of the attached contract. •· Acknowledge acceptance of the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and applicable FAR Flow Down Clauses. •· Completed form 1413, written statement from the subcontractor stating that the firm or its principals were not debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the Government. •· Complete RFP Document, with imprint fees and delivery fees that will hold until May 31 st 2013. •· Provide company website information.
