Section 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6, Limiting Sources. Limited Sources Justification is attached. This requirement is for services on the Hexagon E-911 Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River.
