The purpose of this amendment is to provide the government response to the comments, questions, and concerns submitted by interested parties responding to the RFI for Vance FOS Draft RFP and Draft PCP. This concludes the Question and Answer session for this RFI/Sources Sought Notice and the associated Draft documents (i.e. Draft PWS, Draft RFP, Draft PCP).
