The U.S. Marshals Service/Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) Division intends to negotiate and award under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source, to C. O. P. S Products, 2550 W. Reno Ave, Suite 101, Oklahoma City, OK. 73107. The proposed contract action is for a local, authorized USMS vendor, to provide uniform clothing from the contractor's facility. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1. It is determined that C. O. P. S Products is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirement. The period of performance for this requirement is date of award through 30 September 2015. This Notice of Intent is neither a request for competitive quotations, nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
