Notice Type: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Prospective Offerors, to include resellers of Cellebrite brand name products, are invited to submit a quote for “ F-UFD-03-0009 upgrade UFED Touch 1 to 2, without kit (13); F-UFD-03-018 upgrade from UFED Touch 1 to UFED4PC, with kit (4); plus shipping and handling” as specified in the attached document. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210 – Software Publishers. The Small Business Size Standard is $38.5 million. The government intends to issue a competitive fixed price Purchase Order, pursuant to FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items combined with a delivery date of June 30, 2018.
