Non-Destructive Testing Training - USCG SFLC IOD ASSIST

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Request for Quotations number is 70Z080-21-Q-POE07100 and is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotations incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-65 dated January 29, 2013. This is a total small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the agency. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center has a requirement for the following: All labor, materials, training aids, course material, equipment and certified Non-destructive Testing (NDT) Level III person to provide NDT Level 1 and Level II training and certification in methods Visual Testing (VT) and Visual Dye Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) to 10 people in accordance with (IAW) the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-1A (Current edition), ASNT Standard for Qualification and Certification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel, CP-189 (Current edition) and ASNT Standard Topical Outlines For Qualification Of Nondestructive Testing Personnel, CP-105 (Current edition) and provided company written practice at U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Industrial Operations Division (IOD), 300 East Main Street, Suite 900, Norfolk, VA 23510. **FOR MORE REQUIREMENTS SEE ATTACHED SCOPE OF WORK POP: AUGUST 30th, 2021 TO SEPTEMBER 3rd, 2021.
