Tape Restoration and file server data extraction

This is a Sole Source Firm fixed price request for tape restoration and file server data extraction. This is part of EOIR restoration assurance program that will restore data from backup systems. Please see attached Scope of Work for services. This will need to start by 1/1/14. The Period of Perfromance (POP) for this will be from 1/1/14 to 12/31/14 Line Item 1- Restoration Assurance Program - Monthly Program Fee Line Item 2- Tape Restoration Line Item 3- Output Media Line Item 4- Shipping *Payment/Invoices must be paid monthly in arrears
