NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source contract to Oracle America, Inc., to provide continued application support and maintenance to the Financial Information Tool Suite (FITS). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The period of performance will be for 33 months: one 12-month base and two options (option one - 12 months; option two - 9 months). Any responsible source may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. The North American Industry Classification System code is 511199 (All Other Publishers).
