ABS Plus Model Cartridges

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to award a sole source contract to Tri-Mech Solutions, LLC, 4461 Cox Road, STE 302, Glen Allen, VA 23060 to purchase ABS Plus Model Cartridges. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and the Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responsible source may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. The North American Industry Classification System code is 333315, Photographic and Photocopying Equipment Manufacturing.
