Special Notice to Award Base Year with (2) One-year Options-Services - Symphony S-Plus Slide Stainer Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W81K02-17-T-0041 to Roche Diagnostics in the amount of $80,405.08 for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services on the Symphony S-Plus Slide Stainer with Components for the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services (DOAS) at Madigan Army (MAMC) Medical Center, Tacoma, WA 98433. The preventive maintenance, services, and repairs to include all associated replacement parts in this requirement are proprietary to the OEM, Roche Diagnostics, by company Letter, no other vendor is authorized to provide parts or services. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
