The VA White River Junction Healthcare System (VAWRJ) located at 215 North Main Street, White River Junction, VT, intends to purchase for the White River Junction Medical Center as stated in the following Statement of Work as a sole source contract to Barrett Trucking or equivalent SDVOSB or VOSB if identified.
