The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Thomson Reuters for the Audit Management System which provides the Environmental Protection Agency, Office of the Inspector General (OIG) with an automated system for managing audits and evaluations. This audit management software system shall include: risk assessment, scheduling, planning, execution, review, report generation, trend analysis, reporting and storage. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 © (1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
