In accordance with FAR 13.106‐1(b)(1), the US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to AB SCIEX LLC of Foster City, CA for an annual service agreement on Government‐owned AB SCIEX equipment located at GED. EPA‐GED is requesting this manufacturer‐performed maintenance to ensure the instrument remains in operating condition. The EPA has identified the subject manufacturer as the only vendor who can meet our requirements including guaranteed 2‐busines day on‐site response and priority telephone and e‐mail access to instrument technical support from the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and access to Application Technical Support (ATS). AB SCIEX does not train or authorize any third party vendors to perform complete end to end system maintenance/repair on its products.
