CW Research Ltd. is the only responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. They are the sole/exclusive vendor that delivers this online subscription as described on their website: www.chemicalwatch.com NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
