The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), Headquarters Procurement Operations Division (HPOD) intends to award a sole source purchase order to AEgis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This sole source procurement is for an annual maintenance and support services for AEgis' acslX software. The US EPA requires maintenance and support to this software which is used by the agency for pharmacokinetic modeling and risk assessment activities.. AEgis is the sole source provider of the maintenance and support services for acslX software. NO SOLICITATIONS OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein (or equivalent/adequate substitution) may submit a response, which if received within 10 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered.
