The Coastal and Global Scale Nodes (CGSN) Implementing Organization of the Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI) plans to solicit proposals for the development of a Coastal Winched Profiler. The requirement for the equipment may differ from commercially-available equipment. The selected firm may perform design and development, first article construction and testing, and construction and testing of production units. CGSN is seeking firms who are interested in submitting a proposal for the Coastal Winched Profiler.
