J--Full service maintenance on eight 3M brand Scotchprint 2000 large format printers

NIMA intends to contract for maintenance service on eight 3M brand Scotchprint 2000 large format electrostatic printers. The full service maintenance must be performed by 3M certified technicians at six different locations. The period of performance is 12 months with three option years. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to work with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302, Red River Computer Company. Interested persons may identify their capability to meet the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. These services will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 and 17.207. All sources interested in this project may submit their request via e-mail. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award.
