FISD provides background investigation services for other agencies of the Federal Government. This Division is seeking responsible sources to provide local telephone and connectivity services for the OPM-FISD office location in Butler County Pennsylvania. SPECIFICATIONS: Local Telephone and Connectivity Services This statement of work describes the local telephone and connectivity services required by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Investigative Services Division (FISD) to maintain normal business operations in support of its investigative mission. OPM requires the services of a vendor capable of providing multiple main number local telephone and connectivity accounts in compliance with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission (PA PUC) regulations. OPM?s service requirement includes local connectivity, key system trunk connectivity, PBX/PABX trunk connectivity, equipment usage, normal connectivity surcharges, and ISDN and PRI interface connectivity. OPM requires that the current configuration of the key system trunk connectivity capability be maintained supporting numerous unpublished sub-line numbers.
