Under the authority of 41 U.S.C. § 1901 and in accordance with FAR 13.5, the Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) intends to enter into contract with UBS Financial Services, Inc. (DUNS: 187933577) on a short term, non-competitive basis for purposes of obtaining securities liquidation services. UBS Financial Services is currently under separate contract with Fiscal Service to hold/safeguard the securities. No formal solicitation is available. Requests for additional information and/or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response to this notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this notice will not be accepted. Fiscal Service will consider written vendor responses to this notice received by the established deadline of 5:30PM (ET) on February 9, 2018.
