General Services Administration Schedule 70 holders: The Acquisition Support Directorate of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service in support of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Financial Management Modernization Program (FMMP) Web Site Development and Management. The intent of the Agency is to award a Single, Time and Materials, Blanket Purchase Agreement under a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) for a period of five years. Vendors shall submit their quotes using their GSA schedules.
