No: MCA-M/CF/WSSA/G/03 Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia November 22, 2021 The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and the Government of Mongolia (the “Government”) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Mongolia (the “Compact”) in the amount of 350 million USD (“MCC Funding”). The Government, acting through the Millennium Challenge Account-Mongolia (the “MCA Entity”), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is issued. Any payments made by the MCA Entity under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. No party other than the Government and the MCA Entity shall derive any rights from the Compact or have any claim to the proceeds of MCC Funding. The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov) and MCA-Mongolia website (http://mca-mongolia.gov.mn). The MCA-Mongolia now invites quotations from legally constituted suppliers for the Supply of Automatic Samplers, Lab Equipment and Appliances. Technical descriptions for these Goods are provided in the RFQ document. The selection will be conducted through Shopping procedures specified in the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines (PPG), and is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the RFQ. The complete RFQ document will be provided to the interested suppliers upon the submission of a written request sent through an e-mail with subject line “Procurement of Automatic Samplers, Lab Equipment and Appliances” to the Procurement Agent at [email protected] with a copy to [email protected]. Interested suppliers should provide their full contact information in the request. This will ensure that the suppliers receive updates regarding the RFQ. Any clarifications needed shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Agent at [email protected], cc to [email protected] not later than 11:00 am (Ulaanbaatar Time) of December 04, 2021. MCA-Mongolia will consolidate all submitted requests for clarifications and will issue a Q&A document not later than 03:00 pm (Ulaanbaatar Time) of December 09, 2021. Quotations must be uploaded to the submission link specified in the RFQ Document not later than 03:00 pm (Ulaanbaatar Time) of December 15, 2021. Only electronic submission will be permitted (hard copies will not be accepted). Late proposals will be rejected.
