70 -- Maintenance for OPNET Modeler Licenses

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to award a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12. This action is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirement. ICE intends to purchase maintenance services for OPNET Modeler Licenses. ICE intends to purchase these services through OPNET Technologies, Inc., located at 7255 Woodmont Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland 20814. The period of performance is for one (1) twelve month base period.
