The USACE, Rock Island District, intends to enter into a firm fixed-price contract with BioOne, 21 Dupont Circle NW STE 800, Washington, DC 20036-1543. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any System for Award Management (SAM) registered firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer in the form of a capability statement.
