The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum intends to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with Brick and Stylus Consulting to perform the folowing services: Mixed methods survey and interviews concerning relevance and accessibility of Holocaust education. Qualitative evaluation into the impact and perceived effectiveness of the USHMM lesson History of Antisemitism and the Holocaust . USHMM believes that this contrcator is uniquely qualified to perform these services due to its ability to leverage the following unique skillsets: Familiarity with both the USHMM’s lessons and pedagogical framing for teaching the Holocaust in secondary schools Extensive knowledge of education survey instrument construction and interview protocols including ethnographic fieldnotes, mixed methodologies, grounded theory, or phenomenological lenses. Knowledge of current U.S. educational models, trends, and concerns Knowledge of the status of Holocuast education in the US and its integration across contexts and disciplines. Willingness to collaborate with Museum personnel to construct tools wherein the contractor can suggest potential methodologies while integrating the specific knowledge and concerns of the Museum Ability to produce high quality analysis and integrative reports in a timely manner Linking the findings to the broader field of educational research and Holocaust stdies Any other contractor who is able to demonstrate its ability to perform the above services with similar skillsets is asked to contact Chris Guy via email
