Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to sole source a contract to R.S. Means Company, LLC, for the commercial purchase of the RSMeans Costworks software providing new and renovation construction data including work labor costs for the current and past calendar years. The contract term will be for one year. Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements. This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Liz Roberts at
