This proposed procurement is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than September 17, 2012, 4:00p.m. EST. This is a Sole Source Justification for a PharmAssist ROBOTx for the Satellite pharmacy on Luke Air Force Base. In order to maintain continuity and consistency in the Satellite Pharmacy, it is imperative to match the pre-existing equipment with Innovation Associates. Innovation Associates is the standard use pharmacy dispensing equipment in USAF pharmacies. The Satellite pharmacy presently has an Innovation's PharmAssist operating system, which includes a server, 10 workstations, and 8 calibrated auto fill cabinets.
