MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a firm fixed price order under FAR Part 6.302-1 to Interactive Metronome, Inc. in the estimated amount of $57,600.00 for a base period plus two option periods to purchase Interactive Metronome Software Licenses. Interactive Metronome, Inc. has proprietary rights for all software products, which must be compatible with existing Interactive Metronome equipment located at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Ft Carson, CO. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications.
