D--Software Maintenance for Veritas Enterprise Implementation Program architecture

This notice is to notify industry of the Government’s intent to award on a Sole Source basis toVeritas Software Corporation for the maintenance of Veritas software previously procured to streamline and modernize the SDDC Defense Transportation S ystems. Maintenance includes new releases/versions of software; 24 hour/7 days a week support for problem solving, toll free support line, problem solving/tracking, bug reporting, clarification of documentation, and patches/bug fixes for the SDDC Enterpri se Implementation Program architecture. This will be a fixed price contract for a 12-month period of performance.
