R -- Lifecycle Funds

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (Agency) intends to issue a Request for Proposal for two requirements. Lot #1 is for a vendor to assist the Agency in various tasks related to the establishment and maintenance of target asset allocation models for lifecycle funds. Lot #2 is for the development of a communications strategy and related materials and products for communicating the rollout of the lifecycle funds. Both requirements are included in this solicitation. Vendors may respond to one or both requirements. The complete Request for Proposal will be available for download from the Agency’s website (www.frtib.gov) on or about 5/24/04. If you do not have internet access, you may request a solicitation be mailed to you by faxing your request to Angela Allen at 202-942-1674. The Agency will not respond to verbal requests. It is the intent of the Agency to award a firm fixed price contract for each of these procurements. The NAICS for this procurement is 523920 for Lot #1 and 541810 for Lot #2. This is a full and open competition. All responsible, responsive offers will be considered. Award will be made to the vendor whose proposal is determined to provide the best value to the Agency.
