This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Parate Systems LLC. The requirement is for continued Premium Level maintenance for 5 Pharmacy 2000 servers, 25 Pharmacy 2000 workstations, 7 AccuMed cabinets and exchange of 420 cassettes. The pharmacies are located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310. Premium Level Service includes two preventative maintenance visits, staff refresher training per preventative maintenance visit, software application upgrades, quarterly standardized service reports, call center support, Windows updates, remote service connectivity, component exchange. The period of performance for this requirement is October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
