This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for online (web-based) training for Preventing Employment Discrimination and Preventing Sexual Harassment prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. EOEWC8RE007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The requirement is for online, web-based training for Preventing Employment Discrimination and Preventing Sexual Harassment located at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Indianapolis, IN. The training shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work in the Request for Quotation. This is a total performance contract in that all contract requirements must be maintained at all times. The period of performance is from the time of award, including 4 one year option periods to be be exercised at the Government?s discretion, with inspection and acceptance at destination and F.O.B. destination.
