76--Electronic textbooks (PDF version); ROTC MSL 100, 200, 301, 302, 401 and 402 texts

The MCO-Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Pearson Education, Inc., for lease of electronic textbooks (PDF version) for Reserve Officer Training Corps ROTC Military Science & Leadership (MSL) 100, 200, 301, 302, 401, and 402 textbooks for school year (SY) 12/13 and placement on the ROTC Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) providing (Cadets and Cadre) direct access/download capability via ROTC Blackboard for USA Cadet Command. Pearson Education, Inc., (and its licensors) are the only know organization that has all necessary rights to publish the ROTC MSL 100, 200, 301, 302, 401 and 402 texts..
