July 11, 2018 NCO 23 Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole source a Base + 4 Option years firm fixed price contract for TELE ICU software keys and support services to Phillips Healthcare under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The period of performance will be 60 months, including a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods in accordance with FAR17.206, Evaluation of Options. The current licensing and support is being performed by Phillips Healthcare. Services will commence 2 August 2018 and will end no later than 1 August 2023. This contract will provide continuity of mission essential ICU support services at VISN 23 and other locations. The VA requirements under this contract will include: 25 Licensing Keys and support for 180 ICU beds across 25 locations nationwide. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334614 and the annual size standard is 1250 employees. This notice is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive offers and a solicitation will not be issued, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements herein may submit a written response. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating the company s ability to meet the requirements herein without disruption to the critical TELE ICU services at VISN 23 and other locations.
