This announcement constitutes the fulfillment of Public Law 2319 and is the periodic announcement of a Qualification Requirement, which is available for the manufacture of the F-16 LRU Blower Assembly, NSN: 5999-01-076-7330WF, part number 2113865-014. The LRU Blower Assembly has a 2-speed, 3-phase, 400-HZ compressor used to blow air through a 2.5 in. diameter hose to cool LRUs (line replaceable units). The Blower is a single-stage, centrifugal machine with an impeller tip. The motors two speeds are 18,000 and 23,000 rpm. A one-step control provides an output of 115 vac at 400 Hz (high speed), and 90 vac at 315 Hz (low speed). Although the F-16 Logistics Operation Division does not have an immediate requirement, this notification is for market research purposes to identify potential contractors who have the skills, experience, and knowledge required to successfully complete this effort for Hill AFB, Utah and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement will be accomplished.
