R--ADVISORY & ASSISTANCE FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE GREEN HOUSE PROJECT IMPLENTING THE SMALL HOUSE CONCEPT FOR NURSING HOME CARE

The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 7 Network Logistics Contracting Activity intends to negotiate sole source procurement for Advisory and Assistant services with NCB Capital Impact for The Green House Project implementation of the Small House concept of Nursing Home Care at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, 3701 Loop Road East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404-5088. These services will include: On-site education programs for the VAMC staff on the small house concept Development of feasibility model; development; development of project management plan Construction design and review; policy development In-depth training programs for the staff assigned to work in the new model of care This procurement is being conducted with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code is 522298 with a small business size standard $7 million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be accepted. However any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notice to the Contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
