This proposed action is for the procurement of an annual subscription from Navigant Consulting, Inc. (Navigant) to receive: One-year subscription to Navigant?s Transportation Efficiencies Research Service and Navigant?s Building Innovations Research Service. Navigant is the only known supplier of such information. The anticipated period of performance is January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) ? Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This proposed procurement will be a Sole Source under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 519130, Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals. The business size standard for NAICS 51913 0 is 500 employees. The proposed source is Navigant Consulting, Inc., 30 South Wacker Drive, Suite 3100, Chicago, IL 60606. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, quotation or exception to the intent to purchase on a sole source basis, which shall be considered by the Government if received by 8:00 am Local (Washington D.C.)
