The Government intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis to Systems Research and Applications Corporations (SRA), Fairfax, Virginia on a fixed price IDIQ basis. The period of performance is 11 months with a 12-month option period. SRA is currently the incumbent contractor performing under contract W81GYE-04-F-0061 that is due to expire on/or about February 29, 2004. This is a logical follow-on requirement. Under this new contract, the incumbent will complete efforts that are currently in progress. This is not a request for quotes, however any proposals received prior to February 2, 2004 will be considered. The Government will not pay for any information received.
